	Piedmont Natural Gas Releases 2013 Sustainability Report
	CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 12, 2013 – Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE: PNY) today released its 2013 Sustainability Report, providing a comprehensive look at the company’s efforts to incorporate principles of sustainability into its business activities. Piedmont defines sustainable business practices in environmental, social and economic terms and published its first sustainability report in 2011.
	Piedmont Natural Gas Reports Second Quarter 2013 Results
	CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 7, 2013 -- Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE: PNY) today announced results for its second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2013. For the quarter, the Company reported net income of $55.8 million, or $.74 per diluted share, compared to net income of $50.2 million, or $.70 per diluted share for the same period in 2012.
	Piedmont Natural Gas Announces Quarterly Dividend
	CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 7, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors, Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE: PNY) today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on Common Stock of 31 cents per share, payable July 15, 2013, to holders of record at the close of business on June 24, 2013.
